I often worry about my own security, lack of funds and the incredible inconveniences (and worse) that can cause... but in the end, my faith is NOT in the money itself - but rather the effort it represents. Even so... life is full of risks and you can't guard against them all! I've been pretty out of touch during the time I was off work sick, so I just heard about this. I've always loved ya for who you are - and I love that you took such a gigantic leap of faith and charity in doing this.... not just doing this, but ROCKIN' this. Beautiful as always.... The part of me that is folk, as my hubby says my family and some of my friends invent holidays, is that family and friends provides one with things that help to meet the needs of the human soul. Your story did a couple of things for me. One I gave what i could to Haiti and prayed to who ever was watching over us that others would do the same. Your updates proved that some being was still hearing prayer. Secondly your story gave me hope in a time when all i heard was negative and bad news. So you did more that raise money for Haiti you gave a bit of hope and cheer to others who were and are victims of other things as well and I wish to thank you for that!!!
