Your library must rock, because not all libraries work that way, even though they should! But I’m seeing a lot of emerging library leaders making a difference…

Funny all of my motivational posters are drawn on index cards as well. jk I think this is often the feeling from young librarians who are eager to “do things now.” I am learning that the “abilities” are ever-amorphous and are often too hard to make visual. Good use of humor though. :)
