Someone may already be doing this, but I think that the Japanese gameshow Silent Library would be perfectly suited to real libraries looking for a few laughs. I know freshmen would be eager to peer-pressure each other into it, and it would be a great way to relieve some of the finals tension!

Although I tend to shy away from essentialism, maybe it is a “guy thing.” I guess I just enjoy watching my friends voluntarily do stupid/embarrassing/mildly painful stuff–and I’m willing to throw in my chips and risk doing it myself.
Have you ever played hot potato with the shock ball? It’s AWESOME!
