Alienware part 2

I’ve been busy this semester teaching an undergraduate course, so I’ve been out of the blogosphere. I just wanted to pop in and give an update on my Alienware situation (more for Jane’s amusement than anything else). Unfortuantely, they damaged it even further:
YouTube cut off the last few words, “So something’s rattling around, and I can only wait to see when it breaks. Thanks Alienware!”
I’ll be contacting my “Critical Issues Agent” Marco shortly to let him know about my dissatisfaction (as well as the BBB). I feel bad for all the people on Alienware’s customer support forums who had the same complaints as I did, and yet didn’t recieve any attention (probably because they weren’t as public with their complaints as I am).
I’ll let you know how it goes.
